Through Grace is a faith-rooted, community-focused nonprofit serving older adults who lack family support or financial resources. We provide essential daily assistance-- including meal delivery, light housekeeping, errand support, and transportation--so seniors can remain safely and independently in their homes. 

Nearly 20% of seniors do not receive the help they need. Without intervention, simple daily challenges can become crises.
