Crystal founded Through Grace in 2021 with the passion to share the grace of God to our seniors by providing care. She has worked in the medical field for more than 30 years having a big heart for the elderly's well-being. She finds it rewarding and refreshing to care for the aged individuals. 

Jennie has just recently retired and is enjoying the benefits of being home. She enjoys spending time with the elderly and sharing in their wisdom. She joined Through Grace in 2021 to support and share the experiences she's made with the loved ones in her life.

Halie works as an advocate for the elderly, she has experience in networking, hospice and recruitment. She enjoys finding solutions for promoting compassionate care. She joined Through Grace in 2021 with the desire to find solutions for those who 'fall in the gap' of healthcare. 

Amanda Kurtz holds a Bachelor of Science in Global Business from Arizona State University and Master of Accounting and Financial Management from Keller Graduate School. She has over 15 years of finance and accounting experience and a strong passion for helping others. Amanda strives to share the love of God and fulfill the needs of seniors served by Through Grace. She joined the board in October or 2022.

Kathy has worked in the community with different agencies and organizations for 26 years. She helps people navigate a system of health care needs and community agencies to meet their needs. She is currently a Community Health Work Coordinator at Freeman and is able to help many clients in her community find growth and improvement.
